It's amazing just how few (3 so far that I can count) SERIOUS and thoughtful replies to this thread there have been.

^What did you use to make the menubar black? I see you have white icons and not the silver ones included in the maxthemes one. :p

Download the Application Nocturne. If you Google search Nocturne I believe its the 3rd one down from the top. There is an option within there that allows you to invert the menubar. If you don't like the orange highlights it gives you when you first invert it just check the option Invert Hue. The preferences can be accessed via the menubar icon that shows up when the app is opened. :D:D:D

Here's the background if you want it. Sorry, I had to up the jpeg compression quite a bit to make it small enough to upload. Oh you also have to strech to fill it as it's a weird proportion, but there's plenty of pixels so you aren't stretching.

I hope this means that MobileMe will become a free service, and "Castle" will be an upgrade from that. I just can't see myself paying for an upgrade on top of the (barely justifiable) charge for the current MobileMe.

For those having a hissy fit and saying this is going to make them go to Verizon, how does that help you? Verizon doesn't give you any early upgrade price so with them you just end up paying full price (Which is more expensive than the subsidy AT&T is giving for one year upgrades).
I fail to see the logic here on why Verizon is better than AT&T in this regard? Because AT&T got more expensive (but still has a better option than Verizon)? So you'll go and pay more at Verizon that doesn't even offer an early upgrade because AT&T got a little more expensive? Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
I'll be the sensible consumer and go with who gives me the better deal, regardless if one of them increased their prices. IF they still have the better deal, I might be upset it's not as good as a deal as before, but I'm still going to pick it. I'll save my spiteful boycotting for when they actually try to scam me or do something it is worth paying more for (no one see the irony in paying more somewhere else cause the place you're ticked off at increased prices but still is cheaper?).

Went to the store bumped down our plan from the 1400 min plan to 700 min. Now we have unltd to any mobile, inbound and out bound!

I agree that "Castle" is a red herring. The iCloud website just announced their new name, "CloudMe." It seems unlikely that a site name change is created unless directed by new management. Also, the url "icloud.com" redirects to "cloudme.com." I'm guessing this is a juxtaposition of 'iCloud' and 'MobileMe'. Such juxtapositions would make sense if a company wanted to retain brand loyalties.
Also, if the updated website is any indication, I'd bet the Apple schema will be 3-tiered:
1. All users-free 3Gb cloud storage with 150MB/file and adverts.
2. $50/yr-25GB, 150MB/file, NO advertisements.
3. $100/yr-100GB, no limits on filesize, no ads.
This way, they avoid the "email for life" fiasco of the earlier .mac, yet retain financial incentive to continue serving cloud services.

If Apple releases a phone in the next few months that has OS X on it, I will personally eat one and post it on YouTube. ;)
So I guess you'd be off the hook this this case since as you can see from that phone's screen, it's running Mac OS M. ;)
Email needs to be a a focus, really. The thing about IM is the person has to be available to chat unless they leave themselves logged on all the time. I might as well just call them in that case. :rolleyes: With email, you can deliver a long message to a person even if their phone is turned off.

If he is running on the Macbook Pro, Bigadvs wont work.
Is this the Macbook Pro we are talking about? Also, what folding client are you using? The system preferences pane? How often do you close the lid, put it to sleep, or shut it down?

I don't have Coda so can't say where it may be, but look for a character encoding setting in the preferences. I suggest UTF-8 if you can find the setting.
