Do you realize that this duplicate App is going to increase the turnaround from 90 to 120 days ?
Please put some thought man - USCIS clearly said that FEDEX/USPS signed receipt is acceptable proof for EAD/AP filing in one of the FAQ's so if its get rejected out of USCIS error you can refile later.

Thanks doc for the prognosis. I have said this before and I will say it again that all this is USCIS fault. They are the ones who are taking 90 days to issue recipt notices. They are the ones who are not following FIFO in issuing recipt notices. They are the ones who said that they have processed all applications received before July 1 but have not cashed checks for my application which was mailed on June 11th.
On a lighter note what you are doing with those you tube videos is also OBSSESSIVE COMPULSIVE (DIS)ORDER except that it's for something good.

There is a quota for masters in H1B.
There should be a similar quota in GC for masters.

My I-140 was denied incorrectly , as a result my I-485 was denied.
The USCIS is claiming that the I-140 Petition was filed without a certified PERM application. This is absolutely incorrect. The original certified PERM application was filed with the I-140 Petition. I have a photocopy of the original PERM application.
My lawyer filed MTR for both I140 and I485 6weeks ago.I received receipt notices for both I290B.
I was working on my H1B till last week, but was laid off last week and I am searching for job.No one is offering job on H1B.I send a letter to coressman explaining my situation.
Can I use my EAD?-----My Lawyer says my EAD is invalid.
You may start looking for a job and as it is already 6 weeks past MTR filing, you may get a decision soon.

I think there are people who have a labor pending from July 4th 1776 , so they might take the date back to July 4th 1776 when the US was formed and when the USCIS was established . However they will then not allow people living in the west coast and the then Confederate states to apply , only people living in the Union states will be eligible to apply .

Until recently (2001), someone with a Bachelors degree could become a CPA since the requirement to take the exam was a certain number of credit hours roughly equivalent to that of a 4-year Bachelors degree. Anyway, I consider a CPA as a certification, not a degree. If USCIS has been accepting CA to be equivalent to a Masters degree, then it is quite generous of them.

Sanju just posted in the open what he wanted to say. He has some valid points you know; regarding how some people get fixated on the red dots. Would you have liked it better if he just gave you a red dot anonymously?
But please do not try to compare the dotting issue with the immigration issue.
If the immigration system is fixed, who cares a hoot about these dots? None of us would even be here if there was smooth legal immigration in this country.
Let the core work on the real issues.
And for the record, I personally do not like the dot system. I am in support of leaving all the comments in the open.
I also remember reading on this site some time ago that the dotting system came with the software used for these forums. And its not a simple flag that can be turned on/off to enable/disable that feature.

I would think 30-35% - Why? Lets see EB1's are definitely out- Plus most EB2's (except Bachelors + 5 yrs exp guys) will be out.
Don't give me any Red dots over this- Just a humble opinion. So, lets says it gets rid of 30% in queue, it's as good as Increasing visas to 182K!

For those of you celebrating the defeat of Democrats because they sabotaged CIR due to the "path to citizenship" it's time to get real. Conservatives (both Dems and Repubs) are more than comfortable shutting the door to ALL immigrants. Don't fall into the trap of anti-immigrant legislators, don't let them turn this into a wedge issue.
Turning on the undocumented is not what we want to show to the outside, it is a losing proposition and will turn off the public.
As to what to do now, I'm puzzled. CIR is effectively dead in the US House, probably the Senate as well. The voters said loud and clear this week that they want the focus to be on JOBS not anything else like grandiose immigration legislation.
What to do now? Looks like another 2 years tacked on to the wait from my perspective :/

I understand you don�t care about the United States and its people and you�re only interested in what you can gain from them but if you weren�t so blinded by greed you�d see this is something else they can give to you. Now I know why I took the route I did, I would have accomplished far less in my personal life with the likes of you. In fact, I may doing to much sharing my expertise with you.
