So would it be accurate to say that if the CD-ROM was authored with Flash as an executable then it would be harder to extract individual assets (i.e., videos, images & PDFs)? But then again, what would prevent the infringer from just copying over the whole disc? Right?

To be honest, I'd probably get more excited over any optics that Nokia will bring to WP7.

There are lots because no one has been buying in anticipation of either a) new models in the main store, or b) further refurb price reductions on the current gen when new models start hitting the refurb store.
Either way, refurbished products are a good way to grab a Mac at reduced prices.

I recently saw a pc with OSX running on it. And that's neat. I'm mainly a Windows user but I've remained respectful to Apple hardware but I can't stand OSX. It's stable and it's easy to use but I much rather prefer the unrestricted control a knowledgeable user can have over Windows. Thus leads me to my question;
Has anyone gotten or heard of anyone getting Windows to run on a Mac without an excruciatingly slow emulator? Is there any chance of this happening in the future?

If I understand you correctly, let me explain. Your iPod is a portable device. You can put whatever you want on to it. However, you're not meant to use it as a transfer-device, or get things off of it. It syncs to one iTunes Library at a time, and you can only sync to the iPod, not from the iPod. (Yes, I know there are workarounds. We're keeping things simple for him.)
I believe, what you're looking to do, is get all the music you know and love that's on your iPod back to your computer. Well, since you've neglected to tell us about anything else you own other than the fact you have an iPod, I can't help you any further. Either you can rip all of your CDs to iTunes, and start fresh by re-syncing it, or you can pull music off of that iPod using the guide I provided.

Does do a what i want but removing my floats kinda makes a gap between the nav and sub nav. Though adding in some floats makes the sidebar move again so i'll need to sort out this gap.
