Please get a project first. Now a days Consulate is asking for client information. Unless untill India visit is a must. Its not advisable to come here without any concrete information in US regarding client and all.

If you apply for extnsion, please keep in mind your parents stays in US until you receive their approval extension. If they travel outside the while case pending and if they try to renter before case is approved, they will deny at POE and cancel and 10 Year multiple visa. Be very careful here.
I applied for an extension for my mother-in-law. It was approved several months after her I-94 expiration date. But she left to India two days before her I-94 expiration date. I even sent a letter asking them to cancel/withdraw my application. They didnt care and went ahead and approved. When it came, it was pretty much useless!
What I heard was, when you apply for an extension, the stay after I-94 expiration date is approved by US Attorney general for certain number of days. We didn't pursue that option since we thought that it could jeopardize her subsequent trip.

I have traveled twice on same AP since in last 9 months. Once to canada and the other time to India. The immigration office does not look at anything other than your AP and passport. The most they will ask is what do u do and who applied for your green card.
You do not need to worry about anything and can travel freely.

I got RFE on my case my case is NSC-CSC-NSC Transfer. Got Soft LUD in last 2 days and got RFE mail yesterday night. Waiting to hear back from lawyer about type of RFE. But atleast seems like they had started working on my case and if no RFE it would have been approved.

I have an NRI home loan from the ICICI bank. I have been making the payment using my ICICI NRE account (via transferring money using ICICI Money2India service).
They have been charging me higher rates on the home loan also they do not give good conversion rate for the $ on the top of that they charge various fees & they held the $ transfer for week to give the lowest possible rate.
Anyway so, I decided to pay off the entire amount. I spoke to one of their bank officer that I want to pay off the entire loan and to my surprise I was told that I have to pay 2% fee for early payment of the loan.
I am wondering if some one else is also in the same boat & give me some advise how to save some money as money is really tight in this economy.

Isn't assigning a later PD to a earlier PD substitute labor a mistake made by the USCIS? If I put in a request to USCIS to correct this error, will it help?
