Damn, if it has the same graphics engine as the ipad 2 rendering'll be a bit more than the 9x faster than the iPhone 4 (lower pixel count)
What the heck are people going to do with that sort of performance? That'll bring AR to a whole new level. 2x overall speed increase? It's already plenty fast. It's going to be a bit ridiculous - at this rate the network bottleneck is going to get even worse.

So as we all know we'll get the A5 chip but don't know what clock speeds, we will get a design much like the iPhone 4 which IMO is fantastic news, a pretty much confirmed 8mpx camera unit from Sony which again is just fantastic news, so long as Apple have learnt to protect the lens a bit!!
And we are all expecting to have 64gb version and lets hope the 32gb takes the place and price point of the 16gb.
And now this brilliant news, and I am going to state I bet one of those developers is Gameloft and I bet it's developing it's Unreal Engine based game for it!!!! Black Ops running on the iPhone 5 and Unreal Engine anyone? Sounds truthful to me :)
I'm thinking the next iPhone will be a keeper for a few years, well 2 anyway haha.

I agree that it's a side street, but don't think it's Bryant. My CA office is just off Bryant, so I've walked it up and down and can't place it. The reflection is what suggests a side street to me.

Did you actually get the beta from Blizzard? Or did you just download some random beta from a pirate site?
If you're not a part of the authorized Beta, you're not going to be able to play maps (as far as I know) on a Mac. The beta is based on online multiplayer only.
My buddy gave me the copy he got.
So i guess I'm outta luck!
Oh well.... I guess I will go bother Best Buy for my Beta Code!

I bought a Netbook Holiday Special ($199 normally $399 with ATI chip and graphics and Win 7 Home Premium) from the MS Store last Dec.
MS took off the manufacturer's build (with tons of bloat-ware) and put their own on. It included a lot MS of extras (photo, video editing, music editor - sounding familiar?) and their premium Anti-Virus with lifetime subscription.
When it booted, it only asked for my username and the type of network to connect to (again - familiar? LOL)
I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever... :eek:

Apple is not to blame here, if you read the comments below you'll see the cell providers are:

...maybe I could have found more with different search words, but I think this tells the real story, cell phones get their time from their cell service which is more localized and not maintained/monitored the same way as your ISP for your computer. (I've had clock setting issues when traveling w/laptop, but normally you are in one or two places at most w/laptop and not reliant upon a network of cell towers with more variables).
Calendar events are reliant upon the time being set right in the phone, again, not apple's fault, the cell carrier's problem. This has been an issue since people starting using smart phones (of any brand) for their alarm.

Here's the gist of the problem: too generous state worker union pensions. I wouldn't be surprised that these pensions are extensively re-done to drastically cut its cost in order to reduce state budget deficits.
Really? Union pensions are the sole cause of states with financial problems?
So do you have any theories about why states without unions are having the same financial problems? Are these union pensions somehow crossing state lines into South Carolina and causing our budget shortfall?

This is absolutely pointless and I'm sick of hearing about it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Sony who started the campaign. Think about it. I wish Expos� would have been in iOS 4. I really don't like the current multitasking option.
I like it on my iPad but expose would have been much better.
Also, using gestures would make much more sense with expose; plus I think its a better experience overall. :)
