Battery life in 4.3 and 4.3.1 has been noticeably worse than in previous versions of ios. As measured by my iphone 3gs. Stock device, not jailbroken, not unlocked.

As mentioned above. Interested in purchasing an 8GB iPhone, does NOT have to be unlocked (I'm AT&T) and would prefer it not since people seem to believe that running a program for 10 minutes makes it worth $150 on top :).

Why would any country allow newspapers to sell subscriptions without the option to opt out? Check back with your politicians if that were legal in your country.

Check out newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com). They have great prices, and reliability, but be sure to check their return policy before purchasing as it may vary (depending on whether item is OEM, bulk, or retail).

Agreed, .mac had a solid, sensible, identifiable connotation. I wasn't a mac guy at the time, but it whenever I'd see it, conveyed that Apple was providing a decent service package for it's users. "me" just seemed needlessly self-absorbed, and conveys nothing useful. "Castle" sounds like somebody in marketing trying hard to be clever.
I wish they'd simplify, combine & condense all these services, give all their iTunes and new hardware customers an account, and give at least one or two services away free to get people using it in some capacity. ...find my iPhone/iPad, or contact/cal/limited storage push syncing... But just go back to calling the whole package ".mac" again. Clean, short, clear, promotes the brand without being obnoxious.

That's only 1,258,291.2 gigabytes ... If each customer gets, say, 500 megabytes allocated, that's enough for 2,516,582 customers.
To be safe more like enough for 2.5 million customers @ 500 megabytes (which isn't very high, I would hope for more like 5000 megabytes/5 gigabytes, but then that's only enough for like 251,658 customers).
Point is, they better have another 10+ Pb along the way ...

Btw, post WWII, the top tax rates in this country used to be way up there, like 90%. That was fair imo because after you achieve so much income, how much more do you really need? What does it take to live comfortably- $1M per year, $5M? Shoot I'd be happy with $500k per year.

By mob rule? Since you've determined that 'they don't need it', that translates to them not 'deserving' it and you being able to steal it from them via taxation?

Mine was 10MB ... and people told me I was wasting money since a second floppy drive (5 1/4) would be more than enough (one to boot the OS, one for the data).
