got a 40gb ipod myself but the shuffle would be great as it only costs �99 for the 1gb version and i could afford to abuse it a bit more ! rather than protecting it to death like my ipod.

CD-Wow are selling that for 20 quid. Almost bought it till I remembered how much better Roller Coaster Tycoon was, though I might pick it up for portable sim-ability.

Interestingly, the tab shifting buttons they mention in this doesn't work in my Firefox 1.0. I have to use ctrl-page up/dn as opposed to cmd-pageup/dn.

After playing Sapphire/Ruby, it feels the game is too simple. Much hasn't changed. It was acceptable for Red/Blue and Gold/Silver since they were GB/GBC games. But, with the GBA I wish they did more. Particularly the animations. And with Diamond/Pearl, I wish they would do even more.
I'll probably get both. One for me, and one for my sister. This game might be worth exchanging friend codes for.

It's a developer edition rather than a prototype. Not quite sure what that means in terms of tweaks or numbers produced.

Well I just broke down and bought the Kinect bundle and spent $100 more than I wanted to, but oh well. I'll give it a shot and if I hate it as much as I think I will I'll just sell it or something.

I'd recommend buying a Dell 2005FPW, 20" widescreen LCD (1680x1050) just like the Apple ACD. Should cost around $400-500 currently depending on coupons, sometimes dipping under $400 at the right time with the right coupons.

My 15" PB has a similar smell. In my case, the odor is maximal if I sniff just below the touchpad button. I've been dealing with it my not putting my nose to the laptop and sniffing. Hopefully it isn't poisoning me slowly with toxic fumes...

Ill be going to the Apple store at the Falls. Even though the At&t store is close by but I have a feeling a lot of people will be going there to activate their phones for the first time.

I recently did a little short film using my iPhone 4. I attached my Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens to it (so I can do rack focusing) using a 35mm adapter onto an OWLE Bubo (http://www.wantowle.com/). Here was the results:

Thought the video was pretty terrific even if I hadn't known it was shot on an iPhone. I've seen people with camera gear costing 10 or more times as much that couldn't touch the work you did.

(If you can deal with the ugly :p) the Dell 2005 FPW may be the way to go. 20" LCD.
It's around $500, so you could get your dual-monitor on, or get one for yourself and one for me, too. :)

power support makes by far the best dry install protectors out there. I too don't like wet install kits, and all other dry installs besides power support are less sturdy...often having tears in the protector before you even install it
