As you said I 485 filed + 180 days. So you are out of danger.
1. You can check if your I 140 was revoked using your LIN number for I 140 if you have one
2. To safely use AC21, find out your job title, job description and salary mentioned while filing your I 485
3. Your I 140 should be approved
4. then you can use AC21 with H1B transfer or with your EAD. I would advice to use AC21
5. your sponsoring H1B employer should mention the same job title and job duties as it is mentioned in EVL (employment letter) while filing your 485
6. If you have hired an attorney he would then send a AC21 letter(just a formal letter) with your new offer letter, with your 485 receipt number and 140 number (if you have).
That should take care about your AC21.

Collecting contributions and spending them on political influence activities without making sure that all legal requirements are fulfilled is a dangerous endeavour. I hope you have everything set up the right way so you don't run afoul of the law (fixing retrogression is not going to do you any good if you are fighting a federal wire-fraud indictment at the time of your adjustment interview).

Lets take a step back and look at the income of the org till now. As we have displayed on the website, we have collected USD30,000.
Consider that there are 5 board of directors of this org. These guys are all well settled in their jobs and earn a decent living.....but hey here is $6K for each of them now :). Of course they will do a 'wire fraud' for this USD 6k after all this 6K will buy them a new house and a mercedes...right? Who cares about felony, 6K can change anyones life....wouldn't you hadron be willing to spend a year in prison for 6k? Sounds tempting right? Oh wait, but the amount is not really 6K since we have hired QGA. Dang, there goes the dream of owning a beach house with a mercedes!
To think of something like this is not just ludicrous, its downright insulting....instead of encouraging folks who have taken upon themselves to do something about it, you are hell bent on spreading malice and sowing seeds of doubt in everyone's mind! We very well know what we are doing and we are doing so in a 100% legal manner.

the person whose posts some are objecting to is not a moderator. he is expressing his own opinions. i'm quite amazed that he has been labeled one or put at par with moderators/administrators by some here.
this is indeed an information sharing forum although that's not all it is. i'm sorry the initial poster never got a reasonable reply. really should have.
as for contribution etc, iv or any moderator is not pushing anyone let alone rudely or being abusive for anything. but lest we all forget, this forum exists because this is a grassroots organization with a commitment to removing retrogression. if that goal gets lost in tourism to the forums, then the forums too will be lost too and very soon. just a gentle reminder for you oh so gentle folks!

EAD, AP & FP notice are sent directly to the applicant. If you see the status of AP as document mailed then you should get within 2/3 days as they send by DHL. I got mine in 2 days, my wife also got in 2 days
If your attorney filed your case, then:
EAD is sent directly you
FP is sent to you and your attorney
AP is sent to your attorney.....
All these are sent by USCIS via regular mail.....
Your attorney might have sent the AP documents to you via DHL...

Thanks. she is still working for the same employer who sponsored her H1. Now, she needs to continue maintaining relation and continue working working them.
I am still worried though.. I read in this and other forums that USCIS may issue RFE asking for proof and if says medical leave, then asking for medical records etc.. So, better to prepare for some 'solid' answer with any loopholes by being honest. I do not think lying would help and may lead to more troubles.

Anil,
Yes the notice (I was mentioning) and the receipt number are the same. If you apply for MTR and you receive the SRC number you can continue to work. If the decision is positive your case will be put back to pending status else you need to get back to your lawyer to determine the future course of action.

Thanks Sanbaj. Do you have both applications under same sponsor? Or different sponsor? My case is: both different sponsor and on top of that now I am working for third company using AC21 -EAD. Can any complications arise?
My case was simple. Same Sponsor. Same Category EB2. You case is complex as three different companies are involved. In my understanding, which is very limited, both the approved I140s are yours to use. Whichever sponsor's I140 is applied to your AOS is that sponsor you should joing after AOS is approved. But, AC21 in your case makes it even more complex. You better get a very (interfiling) experienced lawyer to help you out in your case for just to be on the safe side. There is no point taking so much risk at this stage of this prolonged and painfull process.

In my understanding, which is very limited, both the approved I140s are yours to use. Whichever sponsor's I140 is applied to your AOS is that sponsor you should joing after AOS is approved. But, AC21 in your case makes it even more complex. You better get a very (interfiling) experienced lawyer to help you out in your case for just to be on the safe side. There is no point taking so much risk at this stage of this prolonged and painfull process.
